personality : tala is a free spirited lioness who always tries to see the good in everyone. she's very motherly and is always the first to volunteer for cubsitting duty when the lionesses go hunting, tala is sometimes viewed as a push over due to the fact she rearly sticks up for herself.

bio : tala was born into the canyon pride sometime after queen maska gave birth to her own litter of cubs when it was time for tala's mother to give birth she left the pride for a few weeks and gave birth in a cave near the borders to tala and her brother.

unfortunately tala never got to know her brother when they were a few days old and had opened their eyes it was discovered that tala's brother was blind. tala's mother disgusted that she had birthed a disabled cub took tala's brother and left him at the border *hoping that if the elements weren't fast enough then a scout from the neighboring pride would find him and finish the job* to this day tala still doesn't know what happened to him.

as tala grew into a young cub she began to develop a crush on desemba though she didn't like how he would always brag about how he was going to be king after his parents and how he treated his younger brother joto. one day while exploring near the border tala discovered a rouge by the name of ni after talking to him she discovered that he was actually desemba's uncle.

when tala, desemba and his siblings were young adults and after desemba became king he announced that he was planning on finding a queen even though tala didn't let it show she secretly hoped he would choose her. sadly her hopes were shattered when desemba took another lioness named matope as his mate.

heartbroken but not wanting to be viewed as a home wrecker by the lionesses tala kept her feelings for desemba a secret though she did end up becoming a second mother figure to desemba and matope's daughter zeka.

sometime later tala moves on from her feelings for desemba and becomes mates with another male in the pride and has three cubs with him, two sons and a daughter.
