​PERSONALITY: 

Mwenai calm and courageous lion. He doesn't lose a concentration in difficult situations, solves by means of the mind, than force. He is avaricious on bad emotions, because of it seems cold and unapproachable for friends. The lion doesn't give in to an opinion of animals around. Can do something alone to anybody without having consulted. It Is him drawback, as decisions may be wrong. But, Mwenai isn't avaricious on good emotions, in soul, he is much kinder, than it seems.

HISTORY:

Mwenai was born in the Pride Lands, one half of the year before Simba. His mother has died from complications in childbirth, so he was grown up by his aunt. Subira (aunt) had no children as she was fruitless. She has grown up Mwenai as own son and she has invested in him those qualities which as she has counted, will be necessary to him in the future. At a child's age, Mwenai was interested in the father's destiny, but left it because of the aunt's ban.

At teenage age the lion tried to leave the Pride Lands, for the sake of search of the father. The lion grabbed small scraps of information on him, but with each ban of the aunt it escaped. He was interested in the Outlands, because his father could live there.
As the teenager, Mwenai was entrusted to look after young lions at the walk on the savannah. Budd, Zeri, and Manyara didn't accept such a course of events because they were determined to visit the Outlands. The lion has learned about it and has sworn to speak to nobody if the cubs take him with them. Mwenai pursued own aims in this walk. To go there it was far away and after an hour walk, the lions made a halt at a watering place.​ Мwenai has dozed off and young lions could run away from under his supervision. An hour later the lion has woken up, but cubs weren't on proximity. The lion has directed to the Outlands, because if with the cubs, something to happen, he will answer before Mufasa! Mwenai found the young lions, when they are running away from hyenas. He saw what Budd and Zeri to do with Manyara and has immediately saved her, thanks to the quickness, but not force. About the incident immediately recognized Mufasa and all four were punished. The attempt to find the father has failed.

In an earlier age he saw the change of kings and the expulsion of the lionesses of the pride. Subira and Mwenai have left a pride too. The lion has left it only for the sake of Subira. She was the only relatives for him. It wasn't easy to leave the pride, because there were many friends. But also in the Outsiders, Mwenai didn't remain for a long time. He didn't like inducement of the aunt to hatred to Simba, because he consider that he and his predecessors were wise kings. Eventually, the lion became a loner.

Mwenai often came on the Pride Lands to hunt. Of course, he was spotted, but could safely leave. The lion inclined to the rationality of Simba, he shall know that Mwenai has no relation to the Scar, and has left forced by circumstances. He doesn't know.
In the days of a drought Mwenai have visited the Pride Lands, hoping for a good hunt. During hunting there was a fire and the lion has got into a fiery ring, where has found a Manyara's body. Mwenai brought Manyara to the lake and spend the night with her while the lioness come to myself. Мwenai was glad to meet Manyara, because she was only whom he has met after leaving. After this, they often saw each other in the Pride Lands and beyond.​ Over time their relationship has blossomed into something more. Мwenai was tired to be the single. He persuaded Manyara to leave the pride and to go with him, to be always near her. The lioness has agreed. But the lion did not stop trying to find the father. Manyara willingly helped him with it. Together, they researched a huge number of lands and at least have found him lost and torn off from the whole world. Mwenai has received almost all answers to questions and was glad not only to this. It at last has found the father and has finished the mission in the circle of life.
