Description: Imara is an Outlander-built, brown furred lioness, with a lighter tan underbelly. She has a patch of white on her chin. She also has a dark brown stripe on her head, and dots under her eyes of the same color. She has a dark reddish-brown tail tip color, and she has piercing green eyes.

Personality: Imara is rather insensitive and rude. She can also be aggressive, biased, and bossy. She distances herself away from family and other lions. Imara is also known to be a compulsive liar.

History: Imara was the second and last born of Adede. Mwinyi was well into his teen years by the time Imara was born. Imara beared a striking resemblance to her aunt, Zira. And, as everyone knows and thinks, that is never a good thing.

When Imara grew into her cub years, her mother was tragically killed during a hunt, where she had been ambushed. Since Adede was dead, and Mwinyi was not willing to take responsibility for her, she was cared for by none other than Zira.

Zira began raising Imara the way she raised Kovu, Vitani, and Nuka. Adede would not have stood by and watched her sister raise her daughter into a monster, but, Adede wasn't around. Mwinyi could care less as to how his aunt raised her. Oh, but his mind would be changed later on, when he saw how his sister turned out...

In her teen years, her true colors began to show. She had become increasingly aggressive, insensitive, and she had began to distance herself from others except her aunt and her new 'siblings.' She didn't consider Mwinyi family anymore. He should have been there for her. He should have been there...

Once she was a young adult, her personality had gotten increasingly worse, but it was nowhere near Zira's. Of course, by this time, she had "betrayed" her aunt by not helping her in the battle between the Outlanders and Pridelanders. Being the compulsive liar that she was, she found her way out of it by saying she was going to go visit her brother, whom had left the Outlands after realizing his sister was gone. Funny how someone can care after they realize they're losing you.

After returning to the Outlands, there were very few lionesses there. Of them, Zira wasn't there. It was soon explained to Imara that Zira had died during the fight, having fallen into the river, mere moments before the flooding. It hurt Imara, and she absolutely refused to have sympathy. She simply moved on with her life, without her aunt, her mother, or her brother.

Relation to TLK: Daughter of Zira's sister, Adede, and niece of Zira.

This little lady deserved some redemption too. Her old story, her old design, as well as her old character layout, was just terrible. She looks so much better now! Oh, and she's still the mother of Razina, whose character sheet will be updated soon because her information is outdated and her design has been slightly changed.
