Story: Mwongo was born a little bit before his twin sister Sadiki. Their parents Hermoso and Hatari loved them both very much. He would hang out with his great grandparents Simba and Nala alot and enjoyed listening to their stories about Scar. He also liked to listen to his great aunt Vitani. He looked up to her. Sadly Simba and Nala died of old age so he could just hear stories from Vitani.

One day.

"Hey auntie?" Mwongo asked as he looked up at his great aunt Vitani.

"What is it Mwongo?" Vitani asked looking at the future King of the Pridelands.

"Can you tell me about Scar?" Mwongo asked.

Vitani sighed at hearing her father's name but smiled at Mwongo. "Sure, what is it you want to know?" Vitani asked.

"What kind of lion was Scar?" Mwongo asked with a slight smile and wondered.

"Scar, he was a strange lion. He was a lion that wanted power and would do anything to get power, even kill his older brother and nephew." Vitani said quietly looking down at her paws."

"Wow." Mwongo said deep in thought.

As they got older they became friends a cub named Bora that their aunt Aminifu and her mate Moto adopted. The three became pretty good friends. It was around this time that Mwongo started to see that Bora snd Sadiki liked each other and also realized that there was a chance that he wouldn't be King. He knew he was most likely to but knew his parents could make Sadiki and Bora rulers. So one day he went to the Elephant Graveyard and met the hyenas and made a plan with them to kill Bora and Sadiki. So a few days later they were playing at the waterhole while Sadiki was chasing a butterfly. "Hey guys. I'm bored, I think we should do something more fun." Mwongo said going along with the plan. "Like what?" Sadiki asked and stopped chasing a butterfly. "I don't know, maybe we could go around and discover new areas." Mwongo repield.  "Sounds fun." Bora said while Mwongo started to smile. "Alright, let's go!" Mwongo said with Bora and Sadiki following him. 

Mwongo brought them to a dark and gloomly place with bones everywhere. "Where are we?" Sadiki asked looking very scared all of a sudden. "Why? Don't you know?" Mwongo asked with a huge smile. "We're at the Elephant Graveyard!" Both Bora and Sadiki looked very surprised. "W-what? Mwongo why'd you bring us here? You know very well that we're not supposed to be here!" Bora said as his voice pitched a little. Mwongo laughed a little at this. "I know very well. I just wanted you to meet my friends." As Mwongo said this Bora and Sadiki seemed to notice that hyenas were circling around them. "Come on Bora, let's go." Sadiki said looking very scared. "Oh, I don't think so." Mwongo said as he grinned at his friend and sister. "Why? W-why are you doing this?" Bora asked. "Oh, just because I want to be King." "But you're older than me Mwongo. And Bora can't be King. He doesn't have the royal's blood in him." Sadiki exlcaimed. "Oh, I know. But mother and father can choose you to be Queen. And Bora? Don't play dumb with me. I see how much you like each other, so if you would become Queen, Bora would become King." Mwongo said simply as if he was talking about the weather. Bora and Sadiki looked shocked again, Mwongo turned around and walked away from them. He walked out of the circle of hyenas and yelled behind him.  "Kill them!" The hyenas started to walk closer to Bora and Sadiki. Mwongo heard Bora and Sadiki running away. He stayed there waiting for the hyenas to return. Once they did they told him they killed Bora and Sadiki and laughed evilly. He then heard shouting. The hyenas also noticed and fell to the ground pretending to be dead. Mwongo started to cry as he realized what he did. His best friend and sister are dead because of him. He was really sad but then happy at the same time. He heard paws hitting the ground and then suddenly stop. He looked up to see his parents, other family members and everyone else from the Pride. His mother walked up to him and brought him into her arms.  "What happened?" She asked.  "We were playing tag a-and didn't notice w-where we were going. We came here and h-hyenas started chasing us. W-while Bora and Sadiki were r-running away the hyenas k-k-killed them. These ones tried to k-kill me too, but I k-killed them first." Mwongo said while crying into his mother's leg. The rest of the Pride was also crying. They all walked back to the Pridelands all sad and gloomy not knowing their future King was responsible for Bora and Sadiki's death.

When he became an adult Mwongo was done with his training and wanted to become King, but there was only one problem. His parents wouldn't step down from the throne. So he came up with a plan to kill his father, his mother would step down from the throne out of saddness and he would bring his good friends, the hyenas to the Pridelands. So one night while his father was still up, Mwongo asked, "Father, can I talk with you?" His father seemed surprised but nodded anyway. They walked up to the tip of Priderock. His father sat down close to the egde of the rock. Perfect. Mwongo thought to himself as he sat down beside his father vut a little bit behind him.  "What would you like to talk about Mwongo?" His father King Hatari asked him.  "Well you know a long time ago when I was just a cub and Bora and Sadiki died?" HIs father just nodded with tears in his eyes. Whenever someone talked about the day where Bora and his little girl died he would cry.  "Well I was responsible for their deaths and I'm about to be for yours!" HIs father looked shocked, angry and betrayed all at once. Mwongo simply stood up, scrathed his dad a few times and then pushed his father off. He wathced his father fall down and the betrayed faces on the others in the Pride. He could see the tears in his mother Queen Hermoso's eyes. Oh. But she won't be Queen for long. He thought with a smile on his face. He watched his mother run into the cave crying. He didn't see his mother for awhile so he assumed she killed herself or something and wasn't Queen anymore so he became King. He got all the lionesses around his age to mate with him. In just two days the Pridelands was just like the Elelphant Graveyard but without the bones and with hyenas bossing lions and lionesses around.

Another day passed by when he noticed everyone not listening to him anymore. He went out to look and saw everyone in the Pride with his mother, his very weak father and a lion and lioness with scars on their faces. "Oh, hello mother. I see you've returned. Who are these guys?" He asked looking at the lion and lioness. "It's your sister Sadiki and Bora! I've brought them here to get the Pridelands back to normal!" His mother delcareled. There were gasps all around and Mwongo looked angrily over to the hyenas that were supposed to kill them. He looked at Sadiki and Bora to see them both grown up and not as cubs like he saw them last as. His face slowly softened as he looked at them really happy to see both of them alive and well. They looked like a King and Queen. But the hyena in charge suddenly shocked him as he yelled, "CHARGE!!" The hyenas all started running and the others started running too. He didn't know what to do so he ran away from the fight. He ran to the top of Priderock and watched the fight. He heard paws hitting the ground and slowly turned around to see Sadiki and Bora there looking angrily at him. He was upset to see them angry at him and if he were them, he would be angry at himself too. So instead of having to have them kill him. He looked over sadly at them and they jumped off. He heard more paws and looked up to see them looking down at him in shock and in fear. He smiled up at them sadly and said  "I'm so sorry for what I did when we were younger." He closed his eyes and fell to the hard ground of Priderock. Everyone looked at him and saw him die with a smile on his face. The smile was there for he was happy that he got to see his sister Sadiki and best friend Bora once more before he died.

Relation to The Lion King: Grandson to Kiara, Kovu and Nala, killed the son of Nala and Kovu, liked to hang out with Simba and Nala before they died, liked hearing stories of Scar from his great grandparents and great aunt Vitani, he looked up to Vitani
