Dislikes: When his sister wins from him in play fighting, getting his fur wet.

Personality: Jangwa is a very cheerful lion. He’s a bit gullible and often takes longer to understand things. He may seem a bit shy, but once you get to know him he’s very kind and caring. Jangwa is not good at fighting but will do everything to protect his loved ones. He’s quite persistent and does not know the meaning of giving up.

Appearance:  Jangwa has a grey-brown colour with lighter parts on his muzzle, belly and toes. He has a bi-coloured mane as an adult. His mane is not full grown due to the poor conditions in which he grew up. He has a double stripe on his nose like some outlanders.

History:  Jangwa and his twin sister Daima were born around the time of the reunion of the outlands and the pridelands. Their mother could not follow Zira into battle and stayed behind with Jangwa’s aunt. Jangwa’s mother became ill and died when her cubs were barely weaned, leaving Jangwa and Daima in the care of their aunt. Having no idea of what happened with the rest of the outlanders the aunt raised Jangwa and his twin in the outlands. One day, when their aunt was out hunting Jangwa and Daima were playing hide and seek. Jangwa got lost and accidentally wandered into the pridelands where he met Mali, the princess. Mali brought him back to the border where Daima was. Noticing the poor condition they were in, Mali invited them to the pridelands.
