Description: As a cub, she is a "golden" color, with a lighter underbelly. She has uncolored paws and dirt-brown paw spots.Tata is also blind. As she gets older, her colors darken, making her look more tan than her once-"golden" color.

Personality: Tata, since she was blind, was often scared and frightened, for she didn't know who was around her. She is kind, caring, and sweet, but since she is picked on for being blind, she keeps to herself quite often.

History: When Tata was born, her mother, Abla, was happy. She was happy that she had at least one cub, because others kept telling her she may be infertile (unable to have kids). Abla was saddened when she found out her only cub was blind. The one cub she had had to have a birth defect.

As a cub, Tata often had to have her mother's help to move around. She wasn't used to her surroundings, which often caused her to fall. She also didn't know quite how to use her other senses yet. One day, she had met Takatifu, a young cub of Scar and Zira whom was allowed to stay in the Pridelands while his mother, his siblings, and Scar's other firm followers were exiled. Takatifu helped Tata walk around with ease, even though she couldn't see her environment. Also during that time, she became friends with Taka, and met Mheetu, Nala's young brother. 

Growing up, Tata developed feelings for Takatifu, but she never told him. She was too afraid to. What if he didn't like her the same way? What if he had eyes for another lioness? Too many what-if questions that she had thought of made her lose her confidence to even tell him, so she just kept quiet. Everytime she was near him, she oh-so desperately wanted to tell him, but she didn't. She actually didn't have to. Because Takatifu confessed his feelings towards her while he was helping her hunt, and while he was pretending to be the prey.

The two became mates, though Tata worried that Taka would be judged because he was with a blind lioness. He didn't care. All that mattered was her, in his eyes.

Everything worked out okay for the two.

Relation to TLK: Crush and Mate of Takatifu, son of Scar/Taka and Zira, lives in the Pridelands, and is friends with Mheetu. (In my version, Mheetu was born near the end of Scar's reign, when Simba returned to the Pridelands.)
