Description: As a cub, she is a tannish color with a light-colored underbelly. She has uncolored paws like her mother and half-sister Nala. She also has a hair fringe atop her head. As she gets older, her colors darken, which makes her look more like her mother. Her hair fringe has also receded, but she still has a small hair fringe.

Child of: Sarafina and Unknown (Originally "Selfish Lion"; used for pairing purposes)

Siblings: Nala (half-sister) and Mheetu (half-brother)

Personality: Mpenzi acts rather wild and playful. She sometimes acts innocent when she's with the boys and when there's a possibility that they could get into trouble. Some consider her optimistic, since if something bad is happening, she tries to stay on the positive side. She does have a bitter side, very rarely seen out of her. It is only seen if others tried to take advantage of her. Mpenzi is also a tomboy; she spends more time with the boy cubs instead of the girl cubs. She enjoyed being around the boys.

History: Mpenzi was born an unexpected cub. She was also, unfortunately, born small. Sarafina worried that Mpenzi would grow up and suffer problems from being a 'runt' cub. Sarafina was also upset; Mpenzi looked so much like her father that it hurt. If only he hadn't left them so soon.

While Mpenzi grew, Sarafina was impressed. Mpenzi had no problems, like Sarafina thought she would. Though her daughter had a tomboyish personality, Sarafina was happy. If Mpenzi was happy, she was happy.

As a teenager, she still hung out with the boys, even though she was quite frequently hit on by them. It didn't bother her. She wasn't looking for a relationship, and she didn't want to damage her image as one of the boys. She didn't want to be one of... them. The girls who try to look pretty, flirting and not having a single care in the world. That was one thing Mpenzi wanted to avoid looking like. Them.

When she was a young adult, Mpenzi still had her tomboyish attitude, and she still often hanged out with the males of the pride. If she couldn't or didn't hang out with the boys, she spent time with her other friends, as of which, were females. Sometimes Mpenzi went to visit her old mother, whom she loved dearly.
