Description
Growler is a young warthog found in one of Hakuna Matata stories called Pumbaa's new Friends.
Growler is a son of a female warthog who offered Pumbaa to be her apprentice to teach him how to be a real warthog. Unlike his siblings, Growler strongly dislikes Pumbaa and considers him a disgrace to other warthogs. Growler lies to Chief Warthog that Pumbaa is about to take over the land. He leads Pumbaa into a trap, leaving him surrounded by angry warthogs who believed Growler's story. Fortunately Simba and Timon catch up to him and force Growler to tell the truth. After finding out whatt Growler did, his mother banishes him from the sounder.
