Personality: Sanura is a very emotional lioness and can get easily attached to someone if she likes them. She hates losing those close to her and would give up anything for anyone. She's very protective of her sons and loves them with all her heart

Likes: Her family, the pride lands, the jungle, hunting

Dislikes: Losing those she loves

History: Sanura was born in the desert between the savannah and the jungle, as her parents never really belonged to a pride of their own. Her parents were very thin and dehydrated as they hadn't eaten in days, so they abandoned Sanura to save their selves. Sanura was left all alone, having nowhere to go, so she began to wander around to look for somewhere to live.

She stumbled across the jungle, thinking it looked like a great place to live in, and decided to hunt small bugs and insects to live off. However, as she grew into a teenager, small bugs and insects weren't enough for her to survive properly, so she tried to teach herself to hunt. She could now take down zebras and gazelles and was easily able to sustain herself in her home, though she couldn't help but feel pretty lonely all by herself. It was then that she decided to go out and find a pride to join.

She was out hunting one day, when she saw a lion hunting the same prey as hers. Determined not to lose the prey to him, she lunged and attacked him, the two of them fighting. After they were both tired out, they stopped fighting and tried to calm down since none of them were injured much. She found out his name was Rashidi and he was out looking to make a pride of his own, she decided this was finally her chance to belong somewhere and asked him if she could help, to which he agreed.

Sanura found herself falling for Rashidi more and more, and when he finally confessed his feelings to her, she told him that she felt the same and the two becam mates. Months later, Tojo and Hasani were born. A while after that, the family were attacked by hyenas, killing Rashidi when he tried to fend them off. Shocked and annoyed, Sanura made the hyenas flee and took her sons, running to the pride lands where she asked if they could stay, telling them Rashidi was dead.

Mufasa, the new king, was shocked at that as Rashidi had been his friend. He allowed the three of them to stay and let Tojo and Hasani become Simba's friends, they lived happily in the pride lands.

Sanura died years later, and joined Rashidi in the after life.
