Personality: Jaali is an extremely brave cub and would do anything for any others he cared about. He enjoys pleasing others but rarely spends any time trying to make himself happy. He accepts responsibility he's given and tries to be just like his grandfather, Simba, was as a king

History: Jaali was born in the pride lands shortly after the two prides merged into one. He was born a very happy and healthy cub, and was loved deeply by the pride and his parents. He looked just like his mother, Kiarrs, and wanted to be just like her after he heard about Simba and Mufasa, the kings before his own father, Kovu.

He grew up learning all the ways of a king and always looked on the positive side of life. Though when Kovu told Jaali that he'd be taking the throne after himself, he turned quite arrogant and took on the responsibilities right away, not caring what the others thought of him.

When he did become the king, he turned into an amazing king just like his ancestors before him. Though he still had a hole in his heart, a hole that couldn't be filled by anything but having a mate. He decided to leave the pride lands for a while and begin his search.

One day, he ventured off into the jungle, far from the pride lands as he continued his search. He thought there'd be no lionesses around as the place looked empty, and so he was about to leave when he saw some rather large prey to hunt. Forgetting about his hunger until now, he was about to pounce on the prey, when he himself was pounced on. When he looked up it was a lioness who'd pinned him. She stepped back in surprise and demanded to know who he was. He explained that he was the prince of pride rock and was here to eplore, not revealing he was looking for a mate.

Jaali used to be unsure about her company, but soon started to enjoy having her around. He hated the fact, but he told Kaisa that he had to return to the pride lands, though he'd miss her. She asked if she could go with him and he gladly agreed, taking her to pride rock.

When they reached pride rock, Kovu and Kiara had mixed views about Kaisa. Kovu didn't like her being there while Kiara welcomed her with open arms. Kovu had a talk with Jaali saying he didn't want Kaisa at pride rock, and Jaali and his father argued over it. Unfortunately, Kaisa had heard it all and left that night, not wanting to cause trouble.

When Jaali was finally crowned king, Kiara told him that he needed a queen, a mate. Jaali knew exactly who he wanted to ask and left pride rock to head back for the jungle, looking for Kaisa.

When he finally found her, he didn't waste time and asked her to come back to pride rock, though after she refused he convinced her by confessing his feelings for her, surprised when she told him she felt the same. He took her back to pride rock, but had failed to mention that he was now the king and she'd be his queen. They lived happily at pride rock and even had two cubs, twin sons who were the next princes of the pride lands.
