What she wants in a mate: If Nikama does someday find a mate, she wants him to be loyal, caring, and trustworthy. She wants someone who will put her before himself and everyone else.

Interesting Features: Nikama has a red snowflake tattoo on her neck. This is part of Outland royal tradition. Her father, Keva, had a tattoo of the sun on his neck, only it wasn't visible because of Keva's thick black mane.

History: Nikama was born to Kiara due to an affair between her and Keva, the king of the Outlands. Kiara panicked. How would Kovu react when he found out she had cheated on him? When Nikama was born, Kiara took advantage of the fact that Nikama had dark fur and was able to pass the cub off as Kovu's. Nikama grew up thinking Kovu was her real father, and Kovu thinking Nikama was his real daughter. Kiara was torn. Would she favor Keva and tell Kovu what really happened? Or favor Kovu and not tell him? When Nikama came of age, Kiara took her out hunting. When Kiara was sure no one could hear them, she told Nikama that Kovu wasn't her real father. "You can't tell him." Kiara ordered, "I'll tell him when I feel he's ready." Nikama nodded and promised not to tell Kovu. After that, she started to settle down and think about what she wanted to do. Would she follow in her real father's paw prints and become queen of the Outlands? Or follow in her mother's paw prints and rule the Pridelands? She knew she needed to find a mate, nonetheless.
