Personality: Tamu had been a lady since she was very young. She was always eager to please and loves to make others happy. Tamu looks up to her mother, and tends to think higher of herself. She believes in fairytales and thinks everything will work out the way it is even if you just sit back. Tamu doesn’t get along with her siblings all the time, but she does love them very much. Tamu wishes to be just like her mother.

History: Tamu was the second cub of Akili and Kinaya's litter. She is the oldest daughter and acted like the princess she was. Ever since she was little, Tamu always did what her parents wanted. She seemed to be a perfect daughter. However, Tamu was more distant to her siblings, especially Alihana. Tamu and Alihana did not get along. She even distanced herself from her older brother, who seemed to be more of the leader, simply because she thought she was too good for them.

As a cub, Tamu had many friends but did not spend as much time with her family, despite her father's lectures on how important it was to be close. She loved to talk, and could talk for hours with her closest friends. Tamu had believed in happy endings, that everything would work out in the end. So young. Tamu didn't know that evil lurked in people or that bad things can just happen for no reason.

When Tamu was a teenager, Akili needed to allies for his pride in case of any threats.. He set up a deal with a nearby pride so that his son, when ready, could chose his mate from their pride. Akili also set up a deal with the Pride Lands, the place he had once run away from. They picked out a specific lion for his eldest daughter to marry. Tamu was forced into a new marriage. At first, she was thrilled and thought this would be her true love. 

It was then discovered that her new mate, Damien, was horribly mean to her. However, Tamu held her ehad high and did not mention it to her father, too embarrassed and thinking it was all her fault. Only Alihana saw the odd behavior. When Damien was also threatening Alihana, Tamu's sister took action. Alihana went to their older brother, the only one who believed them. Together, Tamu's siblings, joined together and revealed Damien for who he truly was just before their formal wedding. Akili called off the marriage and Tamu was ever grateful to her siblings. The family became much closer after that, Tamu feeling guilty for once not spending time with her siblings.
