History:
Onani was born along with his younger twin brother Kosey. Even as a cub, he thought things through, and akways thought before he spoke, a huge contrast to his brother, who was impulsive and active. So, due to his good judgement, he was chosen to be the next king.
But a small obstacle occured in the form of Kosey suddenly babbling that he could speak to the Great Kings. Onani didn't believe him at all, but tried to be patient. But the last straw arrived when Kosey burst in saying that a storm was headed.
Surprisingly, Kosey's prediction came true, and his parents had believed him, saving the kingdom from a huge fatality. Since then, everyone had applauded Kosey, and for once, he became the center of attention, and Onani didn't like it one bit.
A few years later, Onani started competing with his brother for the affection of Halla, his childhood friend. Onani had a vision for the two of them: they would grow up, become King and Queen and have lots of cubs. But then Kosey interjected with the fact that Halla wasn't anyone's property and he had as much as anyone, the right to win her heart. Onani knew this could work, since Kosey was growing up to be pretty smooth with the ladies and could easily get Halla on his side in one swift motion.
But hope came back into his heart when Halla told him she loved him and not Kosey. Once again, Onani felt, he had been victorious. He was oblivious to his brother's obvious heartbreak. Then that night, Kosey came up to him telling him that he was in danger. In anger and still reeling from the victory, Onani accused him of being jealous. Kosey shut his mouth and didn't speak of it again.
Once the throne was passed onto him, Kosey came up with a rogue he had found. Reluctantly, he let her stay, mostly because he saw that Kosey was getting close to her. Despite the likely chance of competition, Onani let them stay in the pride when Kosey told him that he planned to leave with Keisha.
Then another thought hit Onani soon after: he wanted a cub. But things went downhill when Halla found that she couldn't have cubs due to her infertility. At that point, Kosey stepped in once again, saying that he and Keisha were wanting to have cubs, and maybe one of them could be the new king. Instead of thanking him, Onani saw it as a chance that Kosey cold ascend the throne, but nonetheless proclaimed his new nephew or niece the new ruler.
Before long, Keisha gave birth to a baby boy, whom Hiari named Malka. Right about then, Onani started having haunting dreams from a strange maned lioness who called herself Hali. Even before he used to see her at times in his dreams, but now she started speaking to him, telling him how his brother's right to the throne was even more now that he was the father of the future king, and how his naiveity was just a ploy.
It soon came to a point that she didn't even need him to be asleep to talk to him. She began to appear to him out of nowhere, even in broad daylight. Onani's personality changed and so did he. He soon began to isolate himself, leaving Kosey to tutor young Malka.
Soon, Onani succumbed to insanity, and he swore he could hear Hali's ebil laugh as he took his last breath.
