History: 

She was born after Nuka and Vitani and before Kovu, she was the second cub of Zira and Scar. She was born on a stormy night in the pridelands under the rule of Scar. Scar had already been violently forcing the lionessess to the side.

"WHERE IS THE CUB!"

He snarled patience dwindling. He wanted to see the cub Nuka had been far to scrawny and Vitani had been born rather sickly in a litter of stillborns. Scars long claws tore at the rock out side of the den as a scrawny pride lander teen walked out. Scar eyed her visiously.

"Why is it taking so long Ayisa!"

"Because you killed the healer and I was only so far into my apprenticship Scar..... Cubs are not born until they are ready! You don't have to wait."

She spat back challenging his authority.

Scar took a deep angered breath as he raised his height and let his eyes reduce to slits. She only responded by raising her stature and chin. She glared at him cruely just as cruely as he was glaring. Scar gave a breath in anger and shock as he lowered himself and looked away. She had won......this time.

"You'd better be happy my cubs need you in fact you should be pleased.... But I WILL wait."

He said much calmer than before.

She turned and swatted him with her tail as she left. He bared his teeth but layed down if she wasn't so beautiful he would have shredded her throat by now. Some time had passed when he heard a familiar voice.

"Scar...."

It was Zira. He strode forward and in the clearing he saw a huge bundle it was almost as large as Nuka....

"Is that him?"

"No..... It's her...our daughter."

Pride filled Zira voice though anger and disappointment filled Scars piercing gaze.

"A girl! What a useless lioness you are you bear me females and weaklings!....

Dispose of it...."

"BUT SCAR!"

"I said DISPOSE OF IT!... There are already too many weakings in this pride we don't need another mouth to feed."

An angry growl rose in the den.

"You Dare Defy Me!"

Scar snapped at Zira

"I would never!" Zira protested "It was the cub!"

Shock filled her voice Scar whipped his head around

"WHAT! Let me see the runt!

Scar tossed the cub over with his massive claws. The cubs face was filled with anger and hatred... She was bigger and stronger than any cub he had ever seen. Pride filled his gaze as he looked at the cub.

"She shall be called Ayana."

"Angel!"

Zira questioned as shock filled her gaze.

"She must have been heaven sent to please me for the first time in many moons."

As the cub grew so did her strength she was trained by her father fight to kill, kill to fight. She was his joy. She was one of the darkest of  the warriors just as dark as her father putting Nuka and Vitani to shame. She was far stronger than them. She grew into an amazing fighter and hunter. Though soon she no longer pleased her father as Ayisa became his mate and his former mate and kin were nothing to him now. She was later chased out of the territory by Ayisa herself. She always lingered near the pride but out of her sight. After Simba's return she betrayed her father and led the hyenas to him after he fell. After the battle she was found hiding and crying under priderock. Some lionesses found her and she admitted to her whole past they welcomed her into the pride and she was finally able to live up to her name.
