PRIDE LIFE

Birth Lifestyle: born into a small mountainous pride known as the Slopelanders.

Current Lifestyle: a loner, not part of a pride.

APPEARANCE

Build: petite, narrow, slim, thick-furred, long tail, large tail tuft, small curled head tuft, narrow muzzle

Pelt: a very pale grey, with a hint of brown

Eyes: a deep teal

Detailed: Aside from pelt color, Tahayari's most prominent feature is her diminutive size. She's quite petite, noticeably smaller than the average lioness, but is well-built overall and looks mature. She has a rather long tail. A thick ruff of fluffy fur adorns her neck and ends in a curled tuft on her head. Her fur in general is longer and denser than average, due to her heritage.

Her fur is very pale in hue. A soft light grey, tinted with a brownish shade, makes her appear almost white from a distance. However, she's not that light, but it is very close. Her underbelly is a few shades lighter than her main pelt color, as is her muzzle and the toes of her front paws. Her hind paws are a darker grey, but still relatively light. 

The insides of her ears are a light grey, noticeably darker than her main pelt color. This color is also the hue of her tail tuft, as well as the small strip just past her nose. She has spots on the each outside toe of her paws, as well as four spots on her rump and below her eye. Tahayari's pawpads are a soft pinkish grey. Her eyes are a deep, brilliant teal.

HISTORY

Generation: eight generations after Simba

Brief: Her cubhood was relatively easy. She was born into the Slopelands, as part of a very small pride of lions. She was the last born in a litter of three cubs, just behind two males. Her proud parents were loving and careful, and raised their children well. Though her father was not the ruler of the pride, he was allowed to stay, as were the few other males who were mated to some of the other lionesses. Tahayari kept to herself most of the time, and even though she was one of only a few cubs,  she preferred to be on her own rather than tumble about with her brothers and their friends. As she aged she spoke a little more, but was still reserved and many did not bother her.  The pride endured its share of hardships and Tahayari experienced death and disease and danger. She took it upon herself to leave once she reached a mature age. Though still young, she set off to explore the world as a loner. She encountered many other lions on her travels, but none made a lasting impression.
