Personality: Safi is, most of the time, bubbly and happy. Not much can make her feel down, and to match her optimism is her fiery attitude. She rarely backs down from any challenge or fight, and usually comes off as the winner. Her anger can be calmed down by Mheetu, and he and Tumaini are perhaps the only lions who can douse her flames.

Bio:

Zira was nothing if not cunning and conniving, and so when Simba took over and "killed" Scar, she planned to gain a hold over his kingdom by being the mother of his firstborn child. She managed to seduce him, and Safi was the result, but Simba refused to accept her as his. He passed her off as the daughter of a rogue, which angered the widow deeply. She contemplated smothering the infant, but no matter how deep her hatred, Zira couldn't kill her.

Safi grew up shunned by most of the Pridelanders for her mother's "stupidity" at calling Simba her father. She'd go home with all manner of bruises and cuts, but there was nothing Zira could do. She was also hated and feared by the pridesisters, but she promised her daughter it would all change. When Kopa was killed, and Zira and her supporters exiled, she took her daughter and most of Scar's children with her. Safi was respected, for a time, but eventually, she and Mheetu, Scar's son grew fed up of the near starvation and Zira's impending madness. They returned to the Pridelands and, despite Simba's misgivings, were allowed back into the pride.

While still young, Mheetu and Safi left the Pridelands to start their own pride and live out their own lives. They managed to amass a small following and settled on the edge of the Grasslands, where they started raising their family. They were able to secure their right too the throne through their daughter Tumaini, and raised her to be a good and kind lioness. 

Safi died in her old age, long after Mheetu, who passed on due to severe heart problems. Long after her, her descendants became great rulers and eventually took over the legendary fortress of Silvervale, home of the Whiteborn Lions.
