Personality: Manyara is a sweet, caring and loving lioness. She's comfortable around others. She can be overprotective of those she loves and stern when needed. Manyara can sometimes be very serious as she grew up with alot of rules.

History:

Born in the Kilamaya Pride Manyara was the eldest cub born to King Mwenye and Queen Thema, with a younger twin sister, Fumnanya. Before the birth King Mwenye hoped his mate would bear him a healthy male heir. However Queen Thema bore two females. The king was outraged at first but when he looked at his eldest daughter he saw that she resembeld his late mother, who was a good queen, and crowned her as the future heir to the throne.

Manyara grew up with alot of rules, her father wouldn't allow her to go out the den by herself as he thought something could happen to her. When becoming one year old, King Mwenye decided it was time to train Manyara for her future duty as queen. During that time she wasn't allowed to have any contact with her mother and sister, only during night time and hunting lessons. Manyara never liked her future destiny and wanted that her father would someday change his mind and make Fumnanya the next heiress. When she heared her father had arranged a mate for her she was outraged and knew she couldn't love someone she didn't choose herself. When she became an adult the day of meeting her mate came closer and closer. She hoped her father would change his mind at the last moment, but he didn't. Manyara was forced to become queen and having a loveless marriage.

When she met Berko she already hated him. He was selfish, inresponsable and saw himself as a very important lion. Manyara saw that her sister Fumnanya fell in love with Berko and askted her father if she couldn't marry Berko. But Mwenye told his daughter that that was impossible as the marriage was made when the two were cubs. The day of the wedding came and Manyara had a dream of her soon to become life. She didn't wanted her life to be that. So that same day she runaway from her pride starting a new life as a rogue. Not long after she run into two young lions around her age. The two were starving and Maryana offerd to hunt for them. The lions were thankfull and askted her to stay with them which Maryana agreed. The lions told her that they were born in the Pridelands, Maryana had heared of that pride as King Scar askted her father to join forces, which he revused. Maryana didn't tell them that she was a princess she wanted to start a new life and told them that she was born a rogue. 

Maryana developed feelings for Asante. At first she didn't knew that he was the former prince of the Pridelands after his uncle took over, but when he told her she thought it was a sign to tell him the truth. But she didn't. After some time Asante told her his feelings for her and the two became mates. Maryana had found her love. When her mate's sister Kaya found them she told the news that Asante's brother Simba returned and took the throne. The four lions went to Pride Rock and celebrated were Maryana met her mate's family. After that Asante left with Maryana becoming rogue's.
