Personality: Himeko is a very determined, good-willed and sensible lioness, who is willing to help her pride in time of need and enjoys staying close to her home, rather than wondering off with her brother and his friends. She enjoys nursing others and cubsitting, she's also a very strong lioness, and is one of the prides warriors. Although, she may enjoy fighting and helping her pride in battles, but she hates war, and would do anything just to stop it.

History:

Himeko was born alongside her twin brother, Ochi, in a small pride named The Isamu Pride, Isamu meaning "courage and bravery" in Japanese. She was born to the prides queen, Malaika and her now desceased father, King Tunda and was born with her left eye completely blind. She was born about 15 minutes after her brother, making her slightly younger.

In her early cub years, Himeko was like any ordinary cub, rebellious, fun and adventurous, though, after the death of her father which occured in a hyena attack just along the border of her pride, she changed her mind about the outside world forever. Instead, she enjoyed staying close to home; or with her mother in the den. Her mother, her friends and the rest of the pride were worried about her at this time, but slowly realised that this was the way Himeko wanted to think, although, everyone tried very hard to convice her that it wasn't as dangerous if you follow orders. But, Himeko just didn't seem to budge. In this time, a clan of rogues attacked her pride and managed to conquer their lands. Himeko and her family were forced to leave or they'll all die. They followed the orders of the rogues, though, thankfully, they found themselves joining a pride named "The Fallen Pride". Himeko became instant friends with most of the prides cubs, and best friends with the pride heir, Hoshimi, she could also tell her brother had a major crush on Hoshimi. But, even though she was part of a new pride, she still wanted to stay close to home and or with her mother.

As an adolescent, Himeko was offered a place to train to become a member of the hunting party by the queen of "The Fallen Pride", Badriya. Himeko's mother wanted her to take up this offer, and, Himeko finally came to her senses and did so to help out the pride. She also decided to take up cubsitting, along with Hoshimi, which she prefered to her hunting lessons, as she didn't need to go outisde the premise. One day when she was reaching the end of her adolescent years, she was cornered by a male lion who seemed to be a little older than her. He told her his name was Zuberi and he had a younger brother named Kamenwati, who Himeko hated deeply. Zuberi forced Himeko to mate with him, so she did so. 9 months after, Himeko birthed two female cubs named Winda and Tabia, who she loves dearly, though, she hates Zuberi just as much as she hates his brother for force mating with her.

Years past and Himeko became a fully grown lioness, and it was time for her first official hunt. She was scared witless, not knowing what to expect through this whole experience. Himeko set out to begin the hunt, she caught eye of a weak wildebeest and set out for it. Just as she was about to pounce, she was attacked by a group of rogue lions, who were also willing to catch the same wildebeest. Although Himeko was strong, she wasn't strong enough for these lions. The lions finished her, then killing the wildebeest. Himeko lay unconcious on the ground for about 2 hours before being found by a young male, who took her back to his pride.

When Himeko woke up, she found herself in a small den. She wondered where she was, then, she saw the lion who had saved her after the rogues had attacked. She asked where she was, in which the lion replied that she was in the Rebel Sentinels, he also introduced himself as Kinyume. He explained to her that she found her unconcious around the borders of the Sentinel Valley, and that he thought it was the right thing to do to save her from danger. Himeko grew very fond of Kinyume, and as time progressed, she fell in love with him... As did Kinyume. Her mother began a search party for her daughter, then finding her with Kinyume. Himeko explained to her mother that Kinyume saved her life after she was attacked by hyena's. Queen Badriya came along with Malaika and offered Kinyume a place in "The Fallen Pride", though, as much as Kinyume wanted to accept the offer, he couldn't join them as he was the heir to the throne of the Rebel Sentinels and wanted to stay in his home. Himeko told the pride she wanted to stay with Kinyume and become his queen when he took the throne, Himeko's family, King Kondo and Queen Badriya, Ochi, Hoshimi and the rest of the pride understood this, and let Himeko go her seperate ways.

Now being the mate of Kinyume and his future queen, she hopes for a peaceful rest of her life and hopes to have a proper family soon enough.

Relation to The Lion King:

Her father is the cousin of Kiara and her family has a very special connection with the royal family of the Pridelands.
