They then met another cub, they became best friends. The cub's name was Bae, and she brought Kilara and Khara to her pride. It was Kiara's pride.

Khara mingled with Kovu and Kiara and the pride while Kilara did some things. Kiara said "You need to be approved by Kovu and I, Khara. You look like a nice lioness, but I don't know that yet.I will let you sleep in the cave today, but complete one task. Go hunting, and bring me the biggest antelope you can find. Then, I will trust you." Khara nodded, and then left to go hunting. Kiara already assembled a hunting party to go with her. Finding the biggest antelope, she killed it, and some others, and returned with the lioness'.

Khara returned to Kiara, bowing, then looking up at her. "Congratulations, Khara, you've completed the task." Khara smiled and said, "I choose to please, not to kill." Khara then went to her sister, saying that she got approved. Kilara said she got approved too, since she couldn't do much.

It dropped to night time, and they entered the cave. Khara slept next to Kilara and fell asleep.

The next morning, Khara  played with Bae and Kilara and then she went to the watering hole with them, watching them play tag and have fun.

When it was time to go, on the way home, Khara talked to Zazu and Kilara spoke and played with Bae.

I guess second chances are real. Khara thought.
