Personality: Tasa is mostly happy and cheeful, if you can get her to open up. Her past experiences have left her shy and unable to talk to strangers, as well as giving her a fear of male lions.

Bio:

Tasa is the second cub of Tamaa and Ithata, and her mother saw her as a boon to the kingdom. Of course, she was not the heir, but that does not stop her family from loving her.

When she is an older cub, her father takes her and Tai away and does unspeakable things to them. Abuse of the foulest kind is beset upon the two cubs, and it often leaves Tasa unable to speak, unable to do anything but cry herself to sleep.

When she is a little older, her father takes the two of them away, most likely to kill her, but he is stopped. Ithata and two other lionesses kill him before he can harm the cubs, and Tasa weeps into her mother's arms and does not leave the cave for the next week.

Her experiences leave her quiet and demure, and especially fearful of male lions. Tai she can tolerate, but she is always wary of him. Because of her fears, she dares not take a mate until one day, when she leaves the pride to try for cubs.

Then she learns that she is barren.

She tries and tries to concieve, but she cannot, no matter how hard she tries. She goes to Tai for comfort, and he encourages her to adopt cubs. She refuses; she doesn't want a cub that isn't her own.

A while after, she learns of a pride that wishes to wipe out her own. She tells Tai, who asks her counsel on what to do. She advises him to take the pride to merge with their uncle Ni's, who lives some distance away.

When Tai's cubs are grown, he leads the pride to Ni's home, who accepts their request to merge prides. It is there Tasa can finally get the peace and quiet she craves. She becomes good friends with Ni's son, who is around her age, and she still stays close to Tai, who has renounced his claim to the throne.

She passes on when Tai's cubs have cubs of their own.
