Personality: Ingona was once very sweet and considerate, but not any more. The leaders of the Sentinels forced those traits out of her through constant bullying and abuse, but even though this turned her into the monster she is now, she stayed strong. She will never back down from any fight, and will always rise to a challenge.

Bio:

“I don't care what you say – your actions are treason, and so you shall die.”

Ingona is born in the Sentinel Valley, sired by a rogue. Her mother is the Lead Huntress, and is a loyal servant of the King of the Sentinels. Ingona herself is destined to become the Lead Huntress after her mother, and is happy.

But when she is an older cub, the King is killed and three young lions take his place. Ingona's mother is sceptical of these lions, but continues to serve them as she did their predecessor.

Ingona's mother is later killed by the three leaders, and this shatters Ingona's very being. One of the three leaders then sees this as a way to get to her, and he begins to abuse her, beating her up and mentally scarring her.

When she is a lioness, after going through her life with the same abusive treatment, she sees a pair of rogues approach the leaders and challenge them. She silently wishes them luck, and is secretly overjoyed with the leaders are overthrown.

A while later, the King, Nuka, asks her to be part of his harem. She sees no problem in it, and while she doesn't particularly admire the King, she knows that as one of his mates, she has power.

She births a son to Nuka, Nikela, and later, a daughter, Lingana. When she sees that Nuka favours the lioness Madi though, she begins to bully her and beat her, showing her that she isn't the only one in power.

When her cubs are adults, she hears of Nuka's plans to attack the Pridelands. She vows to stand by him every step of the way, and encourages her cubs to do so as well. She knows that Lingana isn't as loyal to her father as her siblings are, and has doubts about whether she will side with the King.

During the final battle, she is astonished to find that so many of Nuka's cubs have turned against him. It is Mwokozi, Nuka's own bodyguard, who is leading the revolt, and Ingona is not surprised at all to find Lingana within his ranks.

She does not live to see the dawn, as it is Lingana who strikes her down and leaves her, helpless as her life ebbs out with her blood.
