Personality: Kaaroonet is very friendly, and enjoys a good laugh, but he hates the idea of any responsibilty. It is for this reason that he flees the Northlands when he is an adolescent, so that he can enjoy the pleasures of a free life.

Bio:

Born in the Northlands to High Priest Mchungaji, Kaaroonet always knew that he would have to become High Priest someday. His father is only young at his birth, but Northland customs say that a High Priest must have many cubs with many wives. Kaaroonet knows that he will have many brothers and sisters to compete with for the position of High Priest or Priestess, but in his eyes, they are welcome to it.

His father grooms him to be a good ruler, shoveling knowledge of the Northerner faith into his mind. Kaaroonet couldn't think of anything more absurd - and he has to be a Priest, a teacher of this religion? It's just not on.

When he is an adolescent, Kaaroonet flees the Northlands to become a rogue, as the life of a Priest's son is just too much. He grows and develops living this life, and enjoys it very much.

Later on in his life, he meets and befriends a young lioness, Shani. He tells her about his life, about his responsibility as future High Priest, and she is kind to him. She understands him like no other he has met in his life, and when the two are even closer, he asks her to be his mate. When she accepts, he is overjoyed.

He later returns to the Northlands, Shani in tow, and takes the position of High Priest from his ageing father. He is a fair and just ruler, and his people love him. When his cubs are born, two sons named Chanzo and Nyigu, and two daughters named Ukali and Mchanga, he decides not to follow his father's ways and stays with Shani. He names Chanzo his heir and is happy.

When Chanzo is old enough, Kaaroonet abdicates and leaves the Northlands with Shani, forever wandering with his one true love.
