Personality: Nyo is a kind, gentle and fun lion who likes to mess about a bit, but can be shy at times. He also, if he really wants to, can be brave and powerful.

History: Nyo was born in the Pridelands around the time after Simba became king. He grew up into a young cub who was a bit shy yet loving to his pride. He was told about hyenas and outlanders in a negative way, so he made himself keep a look out for any intruders. A few months later, a strange young male cub appeared in the Pridelands. He was hiding behind a rock trying not to be seen. Nyo gave a stern look, and charged over to the rock bravely, pouncing over the rock, giving the unknown cub quite a shock indeed. This cub was Asani. At first, Nyo was alarmed and asked who he was and what he was doing in the pridelands. Asani explained that he was trying to find his younger sister who ran off. Asani's rebellious behaviour scared Nyo a bit, but they soon became quite okay friends. However, King Simba found Nyo playing with Asani and Simba chased Asani away, giving Nyo a fair warning about Outlanders. Nyo didn't meet up with his childhood friend again until he became a young adult. After Zira's death, Simba allowed the Outlanders in. Asani wasn't even at the battle. A few weeks later, Nyo was walking around until he saw a familiar lion sleeping in the grass. Nyo wandered up to him slowly and realised that this lion was his childhood friend, Asani. Stepping away, Nyo stepped on a twig, emerging Asani from his sleep. Nyo explained who he was and the lions talked about the past. They became friends again and caught up with eachover. Asani would tease Nyo playfully about his caring behaviour and Nyo would just smile in return. Though, there was one teasing session that changed everything.......
