Name: Koto (meaning 'gift)

Personality: Koto is a hyperactive ball of fur, he can never sit still for more than a couple of minutes and is forever getting into trouble. He is generally a sweet cub but he drives his mother mad because of his antics, he's his father's boy to the core. Koto is very easily distracted and gets side-tracked almost constantly, without Munira to help rein him in, he'd be absolutely lost.

History: Koto was the first cub born after Chumvi and Tojo assumed control of the Mzuka Pride. His birth was very celebrated, especially by his parents. He is a strong, healthy and happy cub from the get-go which exasperates his mother and delights his father. He bonds very early on with his cousin Munira and the two are almost inseperable from then on.

When Koto is old enough, he and Munira are taken to the Pridelands by their fathers to be fostered. However, what they find is nothing short of an all out war. 

Forced to stay in the Pridelands now that any route home has been cut off, Koto and Munira are forced to learn to get along with the cubs of the Pridelands and they quickly befriend a young cub their age, Tumaini. He is the only cub their age in the pride and is lonely because of it. Soon enough the trio become inseparable and are often seen playing together despite the situation between the Pridelanders and the Jabali Pride worsening.
