Personality: Rukiya is protective of those she loves most. After her parents died she had to responsibility upon taken care of her younger brother. Rukiya didn't really trust others but that changed when she met Kyne. She's sometimes serious about things, mostly hunting, but never skips playing a good prank on someone.

History:

Rukiya was born in the jungle to two lions. As a cub Rukiya was very playfull but felt lonely as she was the only cub in her family. Soon her mother gave birth to another cub named Sarki.

But tragedy soon struck as Rukiya's family got attackt by humans. Rukiya's father fought them giving his family time to escape while Rukiya fled with her mother and brother. To find a new home away from the jungle they had to cross the desert. Rukiya's mother gave all the things she could find to her cubs to eat. After a few days she also died leaving Rukiya and Sarki orphans and Rukiya the responsibility to care for her younger brother.

As they travelled trough the lands to find a pride to stay, they came across a young lion named Kyne. They befriended him and travelled together to find a place. They went to Kyne's birthplace, the Pridelands. Kyne's sister Kyon befriended Rukiya as she and her brother were warmely welcomed into the pride.

Rukiya developed feelings for Kyne. He did the same for her and told her that he loved her. She said that she had the same feelings and they became mates. Taken both care of Sarki.

Relation to TLK: Mate of Kyne, who's Simba and Nala's grandson.
