Personality:Tough,fiesty,and short-tempered,Nami is not a girl you'd want to get on the bad side of.She's quick to judge,and she always has a comeback.She's not afraid of any lion bigger then her and will not hesitate to attack someone who threatens her or the ones she loves.She can get attatched too easily,and usually this results in her getting hurt.

History:Nami was originally born in Pride Rock.Her parents were good friends with Sarabi and Mufasa.Nami's mother became pregnant with her mate's cubs,and a few weeks later,Nami was born.However,Nami's mother  died shortly after Nami's birth.Her father was heartbroken,and ran away,leaving his daughter without a parent to look after her.Sarabi and Mufasa were deeply saddened by this,as Simba had been born a day before Nami.Even though she had Simba to look after,Sarabi took Nami in.Nami grew up alongside Simba and Nala.

As the years rolled by,Nami and Simba had a very tight relationship.They would always get into hilarious,and sometimes dangerous,situations.Nala,being left out,thought Nami was a bad influence on Simba if he was going to become King.She had learned that she would become Queen,and the last thing she wanted was an immature lunatic of a mate.And she believed that if he continued to hang out with Nami,he'd turn into just that.

However she wasn't the queen at the moment,so she had no say in the matter.She did mention it to Sarabi,but Sarabi just reminded Nala that Nami has had a hard life due to having no parents to love her.Nala just thought that all of this was a load of crud,and huffed in response. Nami grew to have a slight crush on Simba,but of course never admitted it.Learning that Nala would become his mate,she became heartbroken and began to avoid Simba as best she could,in fear that she'd spill that she liked him and make one big awkward situation.

When Simba 'died',Nami was the only one who strongly believed that he was still alive.To prove her point,she ran off in hope that she'd find him.Sadly,she didn't find him.All those years she spent searching were in vain,but Nami simply didn't give up.She refused to think he was dead.She spent many years searching,and eventually gave up.She returned back to Pride Rock,only to see a shocking,and heartbreaking sight.

Simba was back,but he was now mates to Nala.Nami was delighted that Simba was alive... but she was hurt that he was with Nala.For years,she kept quiet about the fact she herself loved Simba.When the day that Nala was exiled for murder and framing Abasi,Nami couldn't help but wonder if she should confess to Simba she loved him.She was utterly shocked when Simba came to her,and asked if she would become his Queen and mate.He had loved her,but,since his parents had bethroded him to Nala,he was afraid he'd upset them by leaving Nala,and stayed quiet.

Nami,though she was shocked,agreed to become his mate and Queen,saying she truely loved him.They became mates and she became the new Queen of the Pride Lands.Word is they're having a cub,who will be next in line to the throne instead of Kiara and Kovu.
