Personality:He's sweet and good natured.He dislikes violence but will use it if his family is conerned.He's extremely protective of his siblings,especially his sister Shani.He's gentle and kind,and always offers to help.He always puts others in front of him and thinks about them first.He's the exact opposite of selfish.

History:Maji was actually the first born to Sarabi and Mufasa.He was older then his siblings,and when Simba was born he requested that he became King,not him.Mufasa and Sarabi were a little surprise but agreed,and Simba was choosen as the heir.Even though the other members of the pride said that Maji was more fitted to be king,they went along with their ruler's choice.

When Simba was a cub Maji was his protector.Maji never let the little cub Simba out of his sight and would snarl without hesitation if he was in danger.Once Shani was born,Maji was more protective then anyone else in the Pride.Maji made a promise that he'd never let his sister get hurt,and same with his brother.

Mufasa and Simba's deaths were heavy on Maji's heart.He personally blamed himself for Simba's death,as he had promised to protect his siblings with his life.Sarabi tried to tell him it wasn't his fault and he shouldn't blame himself.Since Maji nor Shani were the heir's,Scar became the king.Maji hated the idea,he thought the world would be plunged into darkness if he ruled... and he was right.

Over the years Scar hated Maji,for he knew that Maji suspected something.Maji ignored the 'King' completely,saying he was not the king of Pride Rock.Maji still protected his sister,and his mother.After Nala returned,he was utterly shocked to see Simba.But he was delighted and fought alongside him to win back the Pride Lands.

After the years had passed Maji met a lioness called Lia.He immediately knew she Mega and Zira's daughter but didn't judge.
