Bio: Karume was abandoned when he was a small cub. His father told him he'd be back to get him, but he never returned. Karume soon came to the realization that his father ultimately abandoned him without remorse. Karume, not knowing what else to do, wandered away from his current position. He happened to stumble into the Outlands, a hot, dry place. It was comparable to a desert's climate.

A lioness in the Outlands happened to take an interest in the small cub. She, more or less, took the cub in, seeing him as a potential warrior to help her in the capturing of the Pridelands. She tried to train him to be one, but it failed time and time again. But she was persistent to get a good warrior to help her in her allegiance.

As a teen, Karume was still being taught by the lioness. Though it seemed to get harder than easier. He became more prone to ignoring her, and he even sometimes walked off, seeing her lesson as a bore. He soon had enough of the whole 'warrior' talk and left the Outlands. It was obvious that he wasn't to be a warrior, and he could tell the lioness was getting tired of trying to teach him. He then became a wandering rouge, and he just so happened to one day stumble upon Masara, a daughter of Kiara. The two became friends rather quickly, and they soon became a wandering duo.

As an adult, Karume had departed from Masara, promising that he would soon find her again, which Masara didn't believe and thought it was only an excuse to get away from her, which it wasn't. As Masara wandered off to somewhere new with a broken heart, Karume, coincidentally, wandered the same direction, just a different way than what Masara took. By the time he had reached his destination, he found Masara, just like he said he would.

Relation to TLK: Friends with Masara, the daughter of Kiara.
