Personality: Kya is playfull when she's little. As adult she's strong and wise and is a mix of both her parents. She's caring and funny and always helps someone out of trouble.

History:

A few days after Scar had taken over the Pridelands, Sarabi discoverd she was pregnant. A few months later she gave birth to a healthy female who she named Kya. Scar knew the cub was Mufasa's but still accepted her as she looked more like Sarabi.

Kya growd fast and learned that life was tough and the only thing that counted was surviving. As she tried to stay alive and keeping herself out of the hyena's jaws, she played with Mheetu who was born a few minutes before her. Kya never knew that her father was king as she was told her father was a rogue.

As she became a teenager her brother Simba returned and took back the throne exiling Scar's followers. Sarabi told Kya the truth and she took it easy. Kya found it strange when she first met her brother as she never knew she actualy had one.

Months later Kya became the aunt of Kopa. Kya loved her cousin and played with him each day. Her feelings for Mheetu had grown and she planned to tell him soon. But sadly before she could tell him he had left the pride starting his life as a rogue. The news broke Kya's heart as thoughts of her dying alone and her love might fall in love with another lioness haunted her mind. So the next day she said goodbye to her family and left hoping to find Mheetu as quick as possible. She stopped by the rivier as she knew her love couldn't be far right now. When Kya smelled him she saw another lioness approaching him. Eyes filled with tears and hate, Kya jumped behind the bushes and attackt the female. Mheetu pinned her to the ground. The two had foughted as Mheetu then told her the female was Kula. Kya, filled with shame and guilt ran away as fast as she could she decided to never return again.
