Description
Name:Naanda
Age: Slightly older lioness ( halfway between Zira and Sarabi)
Mate: None, open!
Friends: None, open!
Cubs: Digger.
History and personality: Naanda is and always has been a playful lioness, she's always seen running about, chasing anything from a butterfly to another lion. Her excitable nature is passed down to her grand niece, Kiara, and the two would have gotten along really well if she wasn't exiled along with Zira. Yes, Naanda was a traitor along with Zira, she could not bring herself to believe that this lion was her little nephew Simba and she too was distraught when her childhood friend, Scar, was killed by him. She, along with her other two sisters Diku and Dwala went to the Outlands with their young daughters, fighting for their lives in the hot desert sun. Poor Naanda grew sick and died from starvation just before Zira gave birth to a young cub, Kovu....
Relation to the Lion King: Sarabi's sister and Digger's mother.
