Personality: Chaka is very mechvious and curious, much like his grandfather and mother. He loves to play and is very compassionate. He hates being told no and believes in everything. Chaka loves being a part of the royal family, and is extremely close with his parents and siblings. He enjoys playing rough, which is not good for his sisters. Chaka is a leader and loves being known.

Story: Chaka was born after Kovu and Kiara took the throne. He was the first born and very loved by everyone. When Chaka was a cub, he was very outgoing and playful. He loved getting lessons from his parents about the pride lands and the circle of life. He most of the time listened to them, before Shani came along. Quickly after Chaka was born, Kiara and Kovu could not resist having another cub. Their second cub was a girl named Shani. Surprisingly, Chaka and Shani were very close cubs and they had a lot in common. The two were always playing together and they soon learned how much fun it was to disobey their parents sometimes. They were always off exploring and nothing could seperate the two. Kiara and Kovu did not want another cub at the time but little Nama was a surprise. Nama was the youngest of all three cubs and she was also the sweetest. She was loved by her parents and siblings, although it did not always seem that way. Chaka and Shani were very close but Nama always seemed to be different. Nama never seemed to want to do what Chaka and Shani were doing. They were still a close and loving family, but Nama was always the odd one out. At the time, Chaka was busy with his own business and did not notice his youngest sister. As time went on, the biggest thing on his mind was becoming king. Chaka was a very brave lion who cared a lot about his family. One day, he decided to take some time away from his training and spend some time with his sisters. They were wandering around when he felt something wasn't right. He urged his sister to come along and explore for anything that might be different or out of the ordinary. Although they did not want to, they followed. the three then discovered something very strange. Many lions were gathed far from the pride lands. Shani couldn't help but do a little spy work and soon learned the lions were banished from the pride lands, for all different crimes, or they were family of someone who was banished. The three tried their best to stay and get any information as possible. They learned a lot but not everything. They knew the lions were planning to attack pride rock, killing Kovu and Kiara as revenge and taking over the pride lands. Chaka, Shani, and Nama rushed to the pride lands but did not leave unseen. One of the lions spotted them and chased after them, capturing Nama. Chaka ordered Shani to get help, while he rescued his sister. Shani did as she was told and ran for help. Chaka was out numbered but was much stronger than the lions and lionesses who challenged him. it took a while, but shani did arrive with help. kiara, Kovu, and the strongest fighters of their pride all rushed to help. Chaka was mostly unharmed but could not find Nama anywhere. Chaka and Shani looked everywhere before they were split up. Shani had to help fight off the others, and Chaka continued on his own. He found Nama, kept in place up on a hill by the leader. Chaka ran to his sister's rescue, attacking the lion. It was a long and brutal battle but Chaka and his pride came on top. His sister Nama was unharmed but the same could not be said for all of the fighters. Kiara and Kovu had no doubt in their mind that their son would make a great king after that day. Chaka grew into a young adult, who matured very quickly but still made time for some fun with his sisters. It was then, when Chaka met his true love. Her name was Sauda. Sauda was born in a pride far from the pride lands. Her mother trusted a distant family member, who was making a pride of his own, and decided to raise Sauda there. Sadly, the pride ended up failing and Sauda and her mother were homeless. Kiara met Sauda’s mother and welcomed them both to the pride. Chaka decided to show Sauda around the pride lands and from the beginning they were perfect for each other. For a while, Chaka and Sauda remained friends but everyone knew they were so cute together. Chaka, finally, confessed his feelings for Sauda and she told him how she felt. They were young and in love. Sadly, soon after they confessed their love for each other Sauda was out hunting when she was in a terrible accident. She was alive but did not wake up for 24 hours. Chaka stayed by her side and was there when Sauda woke up. She awoke and had no clue where she was, who Chaka was, or who she was. Sauda had lost her memory. Chaka tried everything in his power to make Sauda remember him, but everything was so new to her it was frustrating. Sauda left for a long time, to clear her head and not be so stressed out by the fact that she had no clue who she was. On her journey, she learned what she liked and what she did not like. She returned a while later, but her feelings for Chaka never returned. She believed it was best if he forgot about her. Chaka was very upset but nothing could change Sauda’s mind. Chaka didn’t let too many other girls get close to him after that. It was all too much for him. As time went on, Chaka was able to focus on being king and he took the throne when his parents retired. It was the happiest moments of his life. Chaka turned out to be a great king and an even better lion.
