Likes: Rafiki, her pridesisters, the Pridelands, keeping herself busy, practising medicine, Ahali and Erevu, keeping everything in order, lazing in the sun (when she has time), a good gossip, her brother, being helpful, cleaning, staying inside her cave, working, finding out new things

History:  Tehrani was considered a blessing by her parents when she was born, due to her not being blind like her older brother. They named her Bianca, and doted on her, trying to keep her happy and providing everything she needed. She would sometimes play with her brother, named Eupe, before left to start a life on his own, which meant their parents could spend even more time with their daughter. They were a perfect, happy family, but before long, that came to an end. As the three were out for a walk, they were ambushed by two rogue lions, who though that they were members of a pride they had been shunned from. Tehrani's father fought them off, but in the process, she was seperated from them. Only a young cub, she could barely do anything for herself, let alone hunt or anything else she would need to survive. She did the only thing she could, and that was travel, hoping to be re-united with her parents.

Hopelessly lost, the small cub began to give up hope. But all was not lost. She was found by Rafiki, who, not knowing what else to do and not wanting to cause any trouble with the Pridelanders, took her in. Unsure what her name was, he gave a new one, Tehrani. Tehrani really bloomed under Rafiki's care, and became a bold, adventurous cub who loved to learn new things, and especially liked being taught about medicine and the like by her shaman 'father'. She grew very knowledgable on the subject, and even started helping Rafiki with cases, now the Pridelanders knew about and accepted her. As she continued to grow, she met a young lioness around the same age as her named Karlika. The two became very good friends, and when she overheard her talking about moving away from the Pridelands and starting a pride, Tehrani volunteered to come with her, and to be the pride's 'medicine lion'. The two set off together, and some of the other lionesses came with them, and some they found on the way. Before they knew it, they had started the Moonfall Pride.

When Tehrani was a grown lioness, she noticed that a lot of the lionesses were fussing over males. She herself had never been interested, and when one of them approached her, she, quiet loudly, refused all of his proposals at courting. Tehrani explained that she just wasn't interested in any relationships, but some of the other lionesses still gave her strange looks, and didn't really socialize with her much after that. She just got on with it though, and helped Karlika sometimes with ruling up until Karlika's daughter, Ahali, and her mate Erevu took over. It was then that Tehrani noticed that her friend was sick. As Karlika's health deteriorated, Tehrani tried everything she could to save her, but unsure what the disease even was, didn't succeed.

Filled with guilt over not being able to save her best friend, Tehrani became a recluse, and although she would help anyone who came to her, never left her cave. Before long, she decided to leave, claiming it was 'for the best'. Tehrani travelled across the lands before she found the jungle, and ran into her older brother there. She was happy to see him, and tried to help him, but he mostly spurned her attempts, claiming he didn't need any help and that he could do things by himself. Feeling rejected by her own brother and still feeling guilty, she went to a clearing in the jungle to lie down and clear her head. While there, she looked up at the stars and smiled, knowing the Great Kings of the past were looking down on her, and she felt her guilt slowly melting away. She felt rather tired, and lay her head down to rest. It was then that she quietly slipped away in her sleep, finally at peace with herself.

Relation to TLK: Was adopted as a young cub by Rafiki, who trained her in the art of medicine. Her pride is also affiliated with the Pridelanders.
