Personality:Taji is a friendly brave lion and will do anything for his mate Layla.

Cub years:Taji was originally born in a pride called the riverlands,since it was across the river.One day,Taji was out exploring alone until something ran into him,causing him to fall onto the ground.It appears to be a lioness cub named Layla who was officially from the pridelands and Zira's young sister.She claimed that she was chasing after a butterfly and didnt see him infront of her.Taji told her that it was okay and wondered if she wanted to be friends.Layla agreed as the two both started playing tag.Later on,Layla's mother Sabra arrived to come and pick her up.

Layla told her mother that she met a new friend and asked if she could play with him everyday.Sabra nodded and said sure,only if it was okay with King Adahi and Queen Uru for him to enter the pridelands whenever he's pleased.

Adult years:As time went on,Taji was a handsome adult lion.He was taking a stroll around the riverlands and started thinking about his old friend Layla.He havent seen her in years and wondered how she was doing.He started following a path through the pridelands and came across a beautiful young lioness who appeared to be Layla.She was going on her first hunt,hunting a zebra until Taji got in her way.Layla was angry and snapped out on him,giving out very rude names and statements toward him.Taji ignored her rude remarks and told her if she remembered him.Layla asked for his name and Taji told her wih a soft smile.Layla couldnt believe that the male was Taji and figured that she sounded so mean toward him.

She apologized with a smile as the two both reunited happily,falling deeply in love.Taka(Scar) had founded out about the relationship between Taji and Layla and didnt like it one bit.He always had a crush on Layla and wanted her to be his queen.One day when saw Taji nuzzling  Layla and got very angry that he killed him infront of Layla.Layla was so speechless and heart broken,seeing all the blood and scars on Taji's body.In fact,she was also pregnant with her and Taji's first cub.Once the cub is born,it wont be able to see it's father which was sad for Layla and Taji both.Layla called Taka a murder in his face then ran inside the den,crying her soul out while Sarabi and Sarafina tried to calm her down.

Taka did felted bad for Layla but didnt really care.He only did it for love since he always loved Layla when he was a young cub.He decided to make Zira his queen instead as the two both took over priderock as their own pride.
