Ekon's cub life:Ekon was born and raised at priderock.He had a great childhood and made numerous friends.He spends most of his days playing alone or with his best friend Sarafina.They would always be together no matter what except one day,Sarafina met Taka(Scar) and started having a crush on him.Ekon was jealous and started disliking Taka every since he saw him with Sarafina.

Ekon's adult life:As Ekon got older,he became a handsome adult lion.It was mating season and all the lions of the pride were finding mates.Ekon began looking for his crush Sarafina and didnt see her anywhere.He finally found her with Taka and gasped,thinking that Taka was her mate.Ekon couldnt believe his eyes and ran off,with a tear falling down his furry cheeks.He thought Sarafina liked him,but then again thought wrong.He decided to leave pride rock and never returned.As weeks passed by,Ekon decided to come back into the pridelands,knowing that his parents was missing him.When he got close up to priderock,he heard a crying sound from somewhere close by.It came from Sarafina and he walked up to her slowly,seeing the tears come running down her cheeks.He went,"What's wrong Sarafina?".Sarafina explained how Taka left her to be with Zira and said that he only used her for special occasions.Ekon sat down by Sarafina's side closely,understanding how hurt she was.He told her that it'll be okay and gave her a soft nuzzle.Sarafina smiled,beginning to fall in love with Ekon and purred softly.Ekon began telling her how much he loved her and Sarafina did the same.The two fell deeply in love and mated,becoming a lovely couple.As months passed,Sarafina had gave birth to her and Ekon's first child.It turned out to be girl who had Ekon's blue eyes and Sarafina's looks and color.Sarafina said that she was perfect and Ekon agreed with a smile,excited to be a father for the first time.They both decided to name her Nala and smiled down at her happily.As years passed on,Sarafina had left Ekon and mated with a lion named Ni who appeared to be Mheetu's father.Ekon was depressed and hardly saw his daughter Nala.He left pride rock and lived in a different pride and never returned to again.
