About Nuru's history:Kovu rested motionless on the soft grass,upset about Kiara's death since he is now a lonely king without a mate anymore to love.Nala noticed him upset and decided to talk him out of being stressed so badly.Kovu took Nala's advice and nodded,feeling much better and couldnt believe that he was having a big conversation with the old queen for the first time.They began telling each other's dreams and soon became great friends.Everyday they would hang out and talk while the whole pride got curious,wondering why Nala is now hanging around with the young king.Eventually Kovu told his feelings toward Nala,saying how much he loved her and how beautiful she was.Nala blushed by the sweet compliment and told her feelings as well.The two both fell in love and started mating,since Nala was still alittle  young to produce more cubs.As months and days passed,Nala gave birth to her and Kovu's first daughter named Nuru.She had Nala's looks and colors,but also had Kovu's black nose.Nala said that she was perfect and loved her.She then started to sigh,remembering her old mate Simba who had died of illness.She shook her head,trying to get away from the past and nuzzled Kovu happy with a smile.
