History:
Birth- Sabra was born in the pride lands. She was the third cub of Kamili and Baraka.
Childhood- Sabra was always a very sweet, kind, and gentle cub. She never liked fighting and was always quiet. She normally stayed with her oldest sister Akeelah, who would always watch over her. Sabra went along with what ever Akeelah wanted to do, and didn't really get much say but she didn't seem to mind.
Sabra's sisters Akeelah and Penda were very different and always fighting. Penda refused to hang around them but liked to come sneak off with Sabra when she was with Akeelah. Penda and Sabra did have fun together. Penda took Sabra out to explore and Sabra loved watching the butterflies but Akeelah would return to get Sabra back.
Sabra was the youngest and the one who got the most attention. She loved spending time with her mother. Sabra enjoyed their long talks and bath time.
One day, while out playing Sabra ran into a merkat. Her sisters were fighting so she decided to sneak off and play. She pounced on the merkat, startling him. She apologized and the merkat introduced himself as Alaji. He was lost and looking for his home and his sister. Sabra got her father, Baraka, to help and they tried their best to figure out which way was Alaji's home. They believed they found the right way and Alaji thanked them and then left. Sometimes he returns to say hello with his sister, who was lost for a long time.
When Sabra was a preteen, she and her sister, Akeelah were out playing when they saw Penda sneak off. Akeelah dragged Sabra long to go stop her but while the sisters were fighting Sabra was sure she heard something. The others heard it too and they bolted away from the area. They finally stopped thinking they ran too fast for it to catch them that's when they noticed they had ran right into the out lands. Penda wanted to explore and Akeelah was still arguing when they heard a noise. They looked around and found another cub, just a small infant. Suddenly a lion charged at them. Penda and Akeelah attacked the lion while Sabra guarded the infant. the lion explained the cub was his younger sister, Shani, who he was just trying to protect. Penda and Akeelah stopped attacking and just asked if he knew where the pride lands were. The lion, Lokar, showed them the way back but Penda wanted to help. She begged the lion to come along and live in a much better place where he could make a better life for Shani. Lokar agreed and Penda soon got permission to let him stay there from their uncle, Chaka the lion king. Sabra liked Lokar, she believed he was a good guy and she could easily see Penda was developing a crush on him.
Teenage years- Things didn't change much in her teenager years. She was still shy and timid but made a lot of friends. She became more independent and did not rely on his older sisters watching her. She often spent the day surrounded by beautiful nature where no one would disturb her, though that wasn't always the case.
Sabra watched as her sisters grew and couldn't be anymore proud of them. They had become great friends so she was able to spend more time with both of them. They were able to be in the same area without fighting but of course her sister Penda always did want to have some more time with her boyfriend, Lokar.
Adulthood- Sabra grew into a beautiful lioness but believed she was nothing compared to her sisters. She didn't care much about what others thought about her now and was more worried about finding her place in the world.
