She took him home and the next morning, her and the male cub were playing tag. Her parents seen she was hanging with a strange male cub. They asked her to come here and she did. Kovu asked the male cub's name and he said it was Briar. Briar did not know where he was and he thought his parents must be worried sick about him. So they waited until one day Kiara was on a hunt and came across this stange male lion and he said he was looking for his son and Kiara thought that Briar must be his son. Kiara had brought the lion to pride rock and when Briar noticed that he was his dad he was so happy.
