Personality: Atana is very laid back. He's Whisper's mate, and they don't belong to a pride. They're always together. Atana is the louder of the two- he talks more, isn't as guarded and more friendly- but he's also the warrior. If there's a fight, Atana can take care of himself and he would die to protect  the things he cares about. He's a young adult, about twenty five in human years, and very strong and fast. He's also very sweet; he and Whisper are always laying next to each other, foreheads together, laughing. I love this guy <3

History: Atana has a sort of confusing past. He was born in a simple, large pride. His mother was not the lead lioness, and the "king" did not claim him, so Atana never had much of a father. Despite the problems this caused- the lead lioness did not like him, for obvious reasons, and the pride's "king" pretty much ignored him 24/7- Atana took the bad and turned it into something good; hunger taught him to appreciate food all the more and turned him into a good hunter, the scorn of certian lionesses taught him humility rather than bitterness, and he learned to be kind and forgiving as a general rule. The pride wasn't too mean, so depite the turbulence of his childhood, Atana has had a good life. He loves his mother very much and respects, at least, most of the pride members. As a kid he was lonely sometimes, being pretty much the youngest and only cub; as a result, his best friend was a young adult. Mostly because of this, Atana is mature and keeps a level head. That's all I can think of for now X3

P.S. He looks angry in the picture, but he's really not like that; I just love that base. X3
