Personality: Sabra is very protective to his friends causing them to call him a kill joy when he doesn't let them have as much as they want. He can be shy around new people but is very open to his friends.

History: Sabra was born in the pridelands, His father is a pridelander and his mother was an outsider. He is a result of the two prides joining. He always did like being half pridelander and half former outsider. Sabra has many friends but he the protective one of the group. When his friends want to go and get in trouble he is right there to stop them. It's just him caring for them though, he was always very caring. Sabra loves spending early mornings with his mother, whom he is very close with.

One day his friends were planning on sneaking out to see the outlands, and get in trouble. Sabra stopped them and gave a speech to stop them but they wouldn't listen. Sabra knew bad things could still be lurking there and didn't want his friends to get hurt. But before they could ignore him again they heard a girl scream. Sabra knew it had to  be something important and decided to help, even though he was scared. That's when he saw the flames.  He was a cub who was also from the pridelands. He had never talked to her but he has seen her. It was Afya. Sabra ran to help her. He ran up to her and helped Afya find her way through the flames. The smoke made it hard to see but they survived so far. They ran through the maze of flames until there was no place to run. They were alone surrounded by flames as tall as them. Sabra's hero time was over. The sat on a rock but couldn't find a way out. Then a tree, covered in flames, was about to fall on them. Afya spotted it first and pulled Sabra out of the way. The tree created a path way and they took that chance. They ran as fast as the could, coughing the whole way. Then they saw the pridelands!! Sabra and Afya knew they were safe. Other lions were there to keep the fire from spreading. Afya spotted her mother looking for her. They ran to her, finally safe.

Afya's mother took the two cubs back to the den, knowing they were scared and tired. Sabra and Afya rested for a while, still unaware what causes the fire. Then Sabra looked at Afya more closely,realizing how cute she was. They introduced themselves. Then Afya said, "We make a great team. We should hang out some time," and Sabra couldn't disagree. This started their long friendship and their romance.
