Personality: Knikhai hates to be compared to someone he's not. He's a quiet one and hates making stupid mistakes, especially ones he might overlook. He is not selfish at all anymore and is a big sweetheart. He sometimes doubts himself but is always looking for something to cheer him up. He is usually above the rest and is really intellegent.

Dislikes: intruder rouges, when he and Kiara get into arguments, being bossed around

History: Knikhai was born at the first period of Kovu's reign. As time passed, Kovu became very ill after a while and passed away one night. The pride mourned and grieved for the lost of the king and that's when Kiara decided to go out and find someone appropriate to take the throne. Living as a rouge all his life, Knikhai never knew what it felt like to love someone. As a loner in the jungle, it was the chance he was waiting for. As Kiara traveled and quickly wandered into the jungle, she stumbled upon Knikhai's territory. Angry that the trespasser was on his land, he gave Kiara a scary feeling and Kiara didn't take it so well. After bit of a fight, Kiara pinned him to the ground and luckily no one was injured. After finally coming to an understanding, Knikhai and Kiara chatted for a while, and their feelings were quickly growing for each other. As Kiara spent a few more days in the jungle, Nala governed the kingdom with Simba by her side. Kiara and Knikhai finally confesed that they loved each other but when Kiara said she needed a new ruler for her kingdom, he refused because he had doubt in himself and he knew he wasn't responsible. Kiara grew angry because a few days before when he said he loved her, he said he was going to help her rule the kingdom.

Knikhai then said with a harsh voice, "Well I guess I can't love you. You can't force somebody to do something they don't want to do. You don't even know what my past was all about! Get out of here, Kiara." Kiara was furiated but also broken inside and ran away with tears. From that they on, Knikhai promised he would never fall in love with Kiara again if he ran into her, but he still loved her and started to hate himself from that day on. He then decided to go back to Kiara in the pridelands and take the throne. When he entered the pridelands, Simba didn't give him such a warm welcome, but he lead him to priderock to speak to Kiara as he wished. Kiara didn't accept his apology, but Nala convinced Kiara to give him another chance. As Kiara and Knikhai bonded each day, their feelings grew back and Knikhai asked Kiara to take him as her mate. After all they've been through, Kiara happily said yes and Knikhai rightfully took the throne.
