History: Ariadne was born into a strong pride in the heart of the pride lands. Her father was the leader of the pride and he loved her very much, she had lots of friends and was liked by all. She was a fairly decent hunter and loved to stalk her prey. She met Hituri when she was away from her pride to searech for fresh water because their waterhole was drying up. If she managed to find a suitable river or lake she would pass her tests to finally become an adult.

She bumped into Hituri in the dead of night. He had just escaped from Sialone's wrath and was exhausted from running, he accidently went into the cave Ariadne was sleeping in. Once they had both got over their initial shock they got talking and Hituri told her why he had to run away from his pride. She felt sorry for him and invited him back to her pride.

He adapted to life in a pride again very quickly and was soon trusted by everyone, even Ariadne's father. Hituri and Ariadne soon fell in love and became mates. They didn't have cubs for a long time after but eventually they did. One male called Hitudne, a mix of both of their names.
