Personality: Akida is very caring and puts other first but he also has not matured much in his years and he thinks he knows everything.

History: Akida was born in a small pride neighboring the pridelands, just over the mountains. He loves it there and hasn't traveled far. Akida wasn't the most mature cub in his pride, and drove his parents crazy. Akida was just a cub when he met Dalili. She wasn't as wild and hyper as he was but he couldn't seem to leave her alone. Dalili wasn't intersted but Akida did love getting her in trouble. One day they were playing in the mountains, even though Dalili didn't want too, and they ran into a lioness. At first they were afriad of the lioness and didn't know what to do but she didn't threaten them. She introduced herself and told them about where she lives because at this time the two prides had no idea they were neighbors. The lioness was Uru. Akida liked talking to her but Dalili knew they would get in trouble if they didn't get home soon. They only met Uru that one time but opened a friendship between the two prides.

Years later the two grew up and Akida began to start liking Dalili. They spent more and more time together. But then her parents had planned Dalili a husband already. Dalili didn't tell Akida, afraid of what he might do or say. Akida learned from his friend the news and ended up crashing Dalili's  date. Dalili didn't want to dissapiont her parents but she loved Akida. Akida went Dalili's father and demanded to become her mate. Dalili's father refused at first but when Dalili threatened to run away with Akida, her father had no choice. The two became mates and were forever happy.

Sadly the two wanted to have many cubs, but it seemed impossible for Dalili to have them. They comforted eachother and have become the oldest lions in their pride today. Although Akida is old, he loves spending time with the cubs of the pride, it seems he will never grow up.
