Personality: Moyo is quite a happy-go-lucky lion, he takes life in his stride even though he has suffered many misfortunes he can still smile at life. He doesn't like fighting much and can be prone to impulsive and sometimes stupid decisions which, more often than not, land him in trouble. 

History: Moyo was born outside the Pridelands shortly after the Pridelanders and Outsiders joined their prides together. He was mainly raised by his father seeing as his mother died soon after he was born and Moyo's cubhood was generally idyllic until he and his father ran into humans.

They were both taken away and the rest of Moyo's life was spent in a zoo as part of a breeding program. Unfortunately all the cubs that he fathered were either stillborn or died soon after birth. The zoo had no choice but to release him back into the wild whilst his father stayed at the zoo.

It was soon after he arrived back in Africa that he stumbled into the Pridelands. He didn't know how to hunt and therefore was hungry and stupid enough to try and poach a kill of a group of lionesses. He didn't succeed and ended up on his back pinned by a golden lioness and forced to explain himself.

The pride, after hearing his story, took pity on him and allowed him a share of the kill so he could be on his way. Moyo, however, stayed around the Pridelands territory in hopes that he'd be able to see that godlen lioness again.
