Personality: Kalean is a strong, and clever lion. He is known for his looks, and how he treats the lionesses in his pride. He is very kind, however, he has a horrible temper that he can't control. He can get jealous very easily, so he often gets into fights with other males.

History: Kalean was born into his family's pride, where he had his sister in the same litter. His parents were the king and queen of the Western Mountain Pride, which meant he was the rightful heir right after their reign. When he was just a cub, Aziza's father, Takitu, made a pact with Mitchell that his family could join the pride and leave the Jungle, but only if Aziza would be betrothed to Kalean. Of course, Kalean did not back down from this, and accepted the proposal long before he even knew the lioness. Once he became a young adult, they were introduced, and he knew he would fight for her. She seemed uninterested in him, and he didn't understand why, until he noticed Thresh.
