Personality: Kern is a big flirt and a charmer. He has a big mouth that gets him into trouble constantly. He has a great singing voice from his father and likes to bragg about things. He's very mischevious and often talks about how he is going to be a great king. He loves the danger and thrill but when it all comes down, he knows how to react. In all, Kern is a loving lion eventhough he has a lot of faults.

History: Kern was born to the Royal family of King Simba, Queen Nala, Princess Kiara, and one other prince, Kopa. A celebration was held at his birth and the cub grew quickly always with his older siblings. He and his siblings would always go off and explore the pridelands together. He soon found out that his sister and brother were falling in love with the other cubs so they would visit everyday when their parents weren't watching. One day Kopa and Kern snuck off from their lesson with Simba and without Kiara to see the cubs. They were warned not to go but they just had to out of curiousity. Vitani was there but she warned Kopa and Kern to go but Kopa had to suffer the horrible consequenses. Kern ran home with tears in his eyes and told his father that Zira had killed Kopa and it was a sad day for the family when they found Kopa's body. Zira and her followers were banished to the outlands. As the cubs grew Kiara had met an outlander cub named Kovu and Kern instantly disliked him. As they grew into teens and the whole conflict happen between two prides, Kern opened his heart to Kovu and they became close friends. He grew protective over his sister though. As Kern would still explore the domains, he met a lion and soon found out it that it was his survivng brother Kopa. Kern tried to convince his brother to come back but he didn't want to. Kern then asked Kopa if he could tell the pride and Kopa said yes but he wouldn't come back. The pride would visit Kopa but wasn't satified that he was living his life as a rouge. Kern agreed and soon met a beautiful lioness named Marli and once they were friends, Kern asked if they could become mates. Marli happily agreed and as night grew, they had a romantic time together. Kern soon had 4 cubs, two males and two females. He loved them all equally and only one would become ruler. His girls showed no intrest but only his boys. Sundari gained the privaledge but no one would know until they got older. He tried not to worry because they were only cubs, so the matter still remained in his paws......
