Story Summary: Choyo was a rogue lion at the time and wanted to start a family. Then, he meet an unknown lioness and mated with her. A few months later, the lioness gave birth to a healthy cub, later named Radi. Choyo spend most of his time with Radi and quickly Radi learned about a hard life of a rogue. One day, while wandering in the Pride Lands, Radi meet Ahadi, Mohatu's son. The cubs introduced themselves and started to play, but Choyo found Radi and Ahadi and chased Ahadi off. A few weeks later, when water and food was scarce, Radi's mother got pregnant and, unfortunately, sick. After that day, Choyo wandered to search for water, while Radi stayed with his mother and was in one of that days when the lioness gave birth to 2 cubs. Radi was really happy with his new siblings, but Choyo was worried about his family. The weeks passed and Radi's mother was every day worse and weaker. Then, when the rain finally returned to the Pride Lands, Radi's mother died. Radi and Choyo was very depressed about the lioness's death. In one night, Radi asked to his father if his mother was in a better place now. Choyo answered that yes and Radi don't needed to being worried anymore. Radi was now a teen and helped his father to take care of his siblings, also more stronger. One day, Radi meet Ahadi again. At the first sight, they didn't recognized each other, but when they remembered, the two lions started to play, even knowing that they was "too old for this." The time passed and Radi was now adult. Then, he left Choyo and his siblings to start his own pride.
