Personality: Simon is a lot like Mufasa. He cares for his sister and mate. He loves to spend time with Safari. Simon is a very wise lion. He sees that all his wisdom is passed onto Safari and his two cubs. He can't stand bloodshed and hurt and does all he can to protect the ones closest to his heart.

History: Simon was born in a litter of two with his sister Savannah in a zoo. He was paired up with Janet in the hope of getting cubs. They mated but Janet didn't give birth to any cubs. Simon secretly wished for his own son. When Safari came into his life, Simon took it on to himself to teach this young cub the ways of the wild. He trained the young cub to be strong and brave. Simon loved the little cub like his own son. Though Safari sometimes agitated him, the two were bonded like father and son. Simon was a very encouraging father to Safari. As Safari grew, Simon began feeling that it was time to tell Safari about his dead parents. But Safari overheard the conversation between the manager and a zookeeper. When Safari grew into an adult, Simon felt proud. He was very sad to say goodbye to his son. Simon told Safari to be careful. He tried to hide his sadness. But Safari nuzzled him goodbye and promised to come and visit them every week. Soon, days after Safari's departure, Janet gave birth to three cubs. Simon had finally got his wish of being a father. But he knew that no son could replace the one he had lost.
