History: Mbali was born on a rainy night. He was born to a rogue lioness, but he never knew his father since he left his mother as soon as he knew she was pregnant with him. Mbali began life as a shy, timid cub. Other cubs didn't go near him as much, so that didn't help him either. His mother taught him how to be braver and more confident so that he could approach other cubs, and stand up to bullys.
