Mate: Judas

Cubs: Ari, Erevu and Duni

Personality: Like her name suggests she is a very sweet girl, kind, easy-going and mild-mannered. She loves cubs and this means she wa often giving the task of baby-sitting the cubs while the other lionesses hunted. However, she is very easily hurt and can be very shy.

History: Tamu was one of the last cubs fathered by Ari and the one of the only surviving cubs that Sassia ever had. From an early age, her mother doted on her and showered her, and her twin brother Sizwe, with affection, however, she also tried to keep her away from her half-siblings Baako and Enu, with little success, and her aunt Quanna. She never understood why. Still, she had a very close relationship with her twin brother and the two were almost always seen together.

When she was still quite young, her father fell very ill. She refused to leave his side and was often found snuggled into his side. It broke her heart to know that her father might die so she tried to spend as much time with him as possible and the two developed a close bond.

Things didn't last, Ari was overthrown by a rogue male called Judas and her father and aunt Quanna left the pride and were never seen again. Most of the pride were also worried that Judas would try and kill her since she was still quite young but he left her alone because she was almost hitting her teenage years. Sizwe, however, was banished on pain of death. Tamu was inconsolable and would often wander off into the grasslands and search in vain for her twin.

Tamu soon grew into a young lioness and thought about having cubs of her own with Judas, who up until that point she regarded as something akin to an older brother. Mating with him felt awkward but she eventually gave birth to her first cub, a little girl, who she mistaking my thought was a boy, and named her Ari after her father.

By that point, her mother began to distance herself from the pride, including herself and Ari. Tamu was heartbroken that her mother seemed to want nothing to do with her and so she focused all her efforts on raising Ari. She loved her daughter dearly and was often amused when she would follow Kayode around and demand that he play with her.

When Zuri returned to the pride, after been missing for quite some time, and claimed to have killed Kayode, Tamu wasted no time in jumping into the fray to save her own daughter from the insane lioness' wrath. In the end, Ari killed Zuri and this shocked Tamu even more. Soon after, her mother sought her out and the two rebounded but Tamu could never really get Ari to warm to her grandmother.

Not long after Zuri's death, Ari came to her and declared that she wanted to leave the pride because there was too man memories of Kayode. Tamu understood, and after she and Judas made her promise to return and visit often, she watched with a heavy heart as her only daughter left for her own life.

The pride soon came across another far more hostile pride lead by a lion named Malka and his mate Halla, there was a series of very brutal fights which claimed the life of Tamu's aunt Nomusa. This was a crushing blow for the whole pride but it hit Sassia the most and Tamu would often sit with her mother whilst she mourned.

not long after that, Tamu mated with Judas a second time to produce a pair of cubs named Erevu and Duni. However, not long after Sassia passed away in her sleep.

Tamu loved her two cubs but was concerned that none of the other cubs seemed to want anything to do with Duni, especially her brother and half-brother Ayodele. Tamu voiced her concerns to Judas who was quick to reassure her that they'd probably grow out of it when they reached adulthood. Still, Tamu worried for her youngest daughter.
