Personality: Amani is peaceful and hates violence. She has come to terms that death is indeed necessary for life to go on but still refuses to kill. She is happy and bouncy, full of energy. Amani longs for a proper fairy tale relationship full of love and cliches.

History: Amani was the runt of the litter but never let her size bother her. She befriended many animals of all breeds and became a popular member of the pride. She and her sister spent a lot of time together when growing up and are inseperable. She is also very close with her brother Mkuu who often got left behind by Kwan & Usiku. She was also good friends with Inari who she grew up with. As she grew it pained her to see death and violence and she quareled with her parents demanding to know why so much blood shed was necessary. Kovu gave her a similar talk that Mufasa gave to Simba talking about the great circle of life and she began to understand. Nala taught her the value of each creature and aided her in finding her purpose in the pride. She was enrusted with looking after the little ones. She was shocked to hear of Kwans death and started to visit his pregnant mate often, talking to her and they became friends. When Kovu's reign began he asked her to take control of the hunts to ensure entire herds were not wiped out and to locate water.
